Home Improvement Incentive Program
Qualifying Arlington residential improvement projects costing at least $20,000 may receive a one-time incentive of up to $5,000, based on the increase in City property taxes. A Chapter 380 agreement must be fully executed before improvements begin.
Program eligibility, approved work scope, contractor requirements and funding are controlled solely by the public agency.

They left my home clean every night before leaving and the end product was better than I expected. Because I was so happy with them during the bathroom renovation, I called them this year when I needed new windows for the house.
