Corinth Home Repair, Rebate and Assistance Information
Public programs are separate from AAHR pricing, promotions and financing. They may be limited to income-qualified repairs, health and safety work, accessibility, historic preservation, sidewalks, exterior maintenance or other narrowly defined purposes.

Property Residential Enhancement Program (PREP)
Corinth’s PREP offers qualifying owner-occupants reimbursable assistance for exterior repairs. The current City page lists grant-rebates from $250 to $5,000 and eligible work such as window replacement, roofing, siding, fascia and trim, exterior painting, walkways, driveways, fencing, retaining walls, drainage work and tree removal.
The City states that funding for the 2025–2026 fiscal year is fully committed, but complete applications are still being accepted for consideration in the next fiscal year. Eligibility, approved scope, inspection requirements, funding and reimbursement are controlled solely by the City of Corinth.
How the homeowner should apply
- Review the current PREP page and guidelines to confirm homeowner, owner-occupancy, property-age, project, insurance, matching or reimbursement, inspection and documentation requirements.
- Submit the complete City application with the requested identification, project details, estimates, photographs and supporting documents. The City asks applicants to allow approximately 10–15 business days for review.
- Do not begin work or rely on reimbursement until the City provides written approval and confirms that funding is available for the applicable fiscal year.
