Qualifying single-family remodeling or reconstruction projects costing at least $20,000 may receive a one-time incentive equal to ten times the increase in City property taxes. The application and economic-development agreement must be completed before construction begins.

Quotes were all over the place from $25K to $70K. Randy listened to what our desires were and gave suggestions about how to get the look we were trying to get. We were able to do the renovations we had been wanting to do to give our 19-year-old house a complete update. The price was good and with quality materials. He was upfront about where the products were obtained and that made it easier for us to go and pick out colors. The construction lead was great to work with, very nice and kept us informed at all times. Every day the house was left as clean as it started. What a difference it made.
