A remodeling project is personal. We combine local experience, thoughtful design, quality products and accountable project management from the first conversation through service after the sale.
You work with a North Texas family-owned company—not a distant call center. Our team stays involved from consultation through final walkthrough and remains available after completion.
Bathrooms are designed around the actual room, homeowner priorities and style. Window recommendations are based on the home, opening, exposure and performance needs rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
We buy direct and prioritize quality products sourced close to home when available, helping us offer strong value without unnecessary middleman markup.
Our website features actual AAHR project photography and real homeowner feedback so you can evaluate the craftsmanship and transformations for yourself.
We coordinate the details—design, demolition, installation, trades, finish work, cleanup and final walkthrough—so homeowners have one team responsible for the finished result.
We set expectations before work begins, communicate throughout the project, provide warranty and care information at completion, and support our customers after installation day.
The City of Grand Prairie lists window replacement among eligible Building Blocks exterior improvements. Homeowners should apply and receive the City’s Notice to Proceed before starting work, paying deposits or purchasing project items.
Current City guidelines list rebates based on home age: 50% for homes 25 years and older up to $10,000; 30% for homes 15–24 years old up to $5,000; and 15% for homes under 15 years old up to $5,000.
The City’s eligible-project list specifically includes window replacement, along with certain other exterior improvements. Program approval, funding and eligibility are determined by the City.
Projects started before a Notice to Proceed are ineligible. The City says this includes deposits, down payments and purchased items, so homeowners should verify eligibility before authorizing work.
